This life actuarial mortality table below represents at any given age the AVERAGE number of years of life remaining if a group of persons at that exact age, born on January 1, were to experience mortality in 2014 over the course of his or her remaining life.  

This Social Security provided population data  is comprised of (A) Residents of the 50 States and the District of Columbia; (B) Civilian residents of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands; (C) Federal civilian employees and persons in the U.S. Armed Forces abroad and their dependents; (D) Non-citizens living abroad who are insured for Social Security benefits; and (E) all other U.S. citizens abroad.
